Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, you may return the item once it arrives.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We have a dedicated quality testing team that thoroughly checks all products before shipment, so you don’t have to worry. make sure that you record video of unpacking of product However, if you do receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
