At Spectre, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility
    • You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase or order number is required to process your return.
  2. Non-returnable Items
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale items
    • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Return Process
    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@spectreluxury.com with your order number and reason for the return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
    • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Inspection and Approval
    • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
    • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the inspection.
  2. Processing Refunds
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
    • The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item minus any original shipping charges.
    • You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 working days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Items
    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@spectreluxury.com and send your item to Spectre E 118 RDA colony, Malik Mau, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, 229001.
  2. Size or Color Exchanges
    • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
